Up Bluff Hill

On Sunday i went from a run up Bluff hill and i had to go up a lot of stairs. Me and Noah get the stitch for the day and when we got back we got to go from a swim at ocean spa and me Noah and jimmy went to the spa and it was boiling hot.

    I can just imagine sinking into the boiling hot pool after being out in the cold.
